Last weekend we visited Hampton Court Palace, which is one of only two surviving palaces among many owned by King Henry VII. I was very excited about the trip as I planned for quite a while to visit this historic place with gorgeous architecture. The weather was typically London-January-ish moody, which allowed me to combine spring trenchcoat with cosy warm winter jumper. As it is January unfortunately not all of the parts of the Hampton Court Palaces’s gardens were opened, however, this did not stop us from enjoying the castle tour, architecture and admiring historic landmarks. I imagine it is even more beautiful in the summer and highly recommend the visit. How do you like spending your weekends?
