Thanks for your interest in our JP COLLECTION.
By using our Services, you agree to these terms. If ever in conflict, Styljanje will take precedence over any other terms of the Agreement. These terms and conditions will apply when you place an order through Styljanje operated web shops. If you are unable to understand, or have any questions about these Terms please contact Styljanje.
Please read the Agreement carefully. You will be required to confirm that you have read and accept these Terms before you submit an order to Styljanje.
2. Product availability
Styljanje will have the right, at any time, to make changes to information about products displayed on the web shops, for example information about prices, description or the availability of products and may do so without first giving you notice of the changes. Styljanje will not, however, make any changes to the price, availability or description of any product after an order has been accepted.
3. Customer initiated order cancellations and changes
You can make changes to or cancel your order at any time before your order has been processed. To make changes to your processed order, please contact Styljanje.
4. Our contract with you
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from Styljanje acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product or products as advertised by us. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the product(s) has/have been despatched.
The Contract will relate only to those products whose despatch we have confirmed in the Shipping Confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other products which may have been part of your order.
If we decide not to accept all or part of your order, we will not be obliged to supply any (other) products which may have been part of your order and will instead arrange a full refund for that element of your order.
5. Delivery
Delivery will be by post or courier within 30 days of the Shipping Confirmation (subject to any events that are beyond our reasonable control). Delivery charges will be dependant on the certain area. Delivery in Slovenia is free of charge.
We will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performance of any of our obligations under a contract with you that is caused by events outside our reasonable control. We will use our reasonable endeavours to notify you if such an event occurs.
Styljanje reserve the right to deliver the ordered products in separate shipments.
Product that is delivered to you will become your property at the time that you receive it provided that Styljanje has received full payment for the product. As soon as Styljanje has delivered the product to you, you will become responsible for it and for any loss or damage to it thereafter.
In some cases some products might not be available for all countries. You will be informed of any such territorial restrictions before you can purchase the product.
6. Prices and payment
Products and their postage are paid in conjunction with the order. The available payment methods are displayed in connection with the product order form in the web shop. Online payment methods are provided by cash on delivery and PayPal. The payment method provider is also the recipient of the payment.
7. Returns / refunds
If you wish to exchange or return for a refund a pre-order product which is faulty or otherwise damaged when you receive it, which does not correspond to the description on the web shop, or which develops a fault after you receive it, you can do so in accordance with and pursuant to applicable law and as separately informed by Styljanje. This provision does not set-aside your mandatory legal rights in this respect.
You may, within seven (7) working days of receipt of your order, return any item in unused, original condition for a full refund. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products in accordance with our refunds policy set out below.
Some of our products are fragile. Whilst every care will be taken to deliver the goods safely, inevitably some breakages may occur. In this event we will replace the damaged goods.
If you wish to return items, you must inform Styljanje within five (5) days. You must also return the product(s) to Styljanje immediately, in the same condition in which you received them, and at your own cost and risk. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
The return package, including written details of the reason for return, must be sent to our office. You will receive the address where to send it after you contact Styljanje on contact@styljanje.com
8. Personal information
When place an order through the web shop, you will be providing Styljanje with your personal information. Styljanje will use your personal information to process your order and for the delivery of the products ordered and for other limited purposes. Styljanje’s collection and use of your personal information will be carried out subject to the terms of our Privacy policy.
